About

Built on the Premise That a Trusted Partnership Should Sharpen Your Edge, Not Compromise Your Objectives.

Levanter Global was founded to solve a specific problem: growing companies need operational capacity, but most outsourcing models force a trade-off between cost, quality, and control. We don't think that trade-off is inevitable.

We deliver from Latin America because the talent is strong, the time zones align with the U.S., and the cost structure lets our clients invest in growth instead of overhead. Every engagement is built around a simple framework: understand the operation, staff it with the right people, and stay accountable to measurable outcomes.

This isn't a platform or a marketplace. It's a firm with a point of view, a delivery team, and a founder who answers the phone.

Michael Nasser CEO and President

Michael Nasser founded Levanter Global after more than 25 years leading technology and operations across Fortune 500 industrial conglomerates, global financial institutions, high-growth telecom and healthcare services companies. As a CIO, CTO, and strategic advisor, he built cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and drove business transformation in organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. His work in outsourcing and global service delivery dates to the late 1990s.

That experience shaped Levanter's core conviction: growing businesses shouldn't have to choose between cost efficiency and operational quality. Today, Levanter's U.S. and LATAM service delivery teams provide managed IT, software engineering, business analytics, telemedicine interpretation, and back-office services to clients across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and technology.
